Elliptical Machine Definition
Center Drive Elliptical Machines or center drive elliptical trainer is the newest in the line of center drive elliptical exercise machines in the market currently, so not much is known about this design in the way of durability and maintenance. The Center-Drive means that the flywheel, or drive system, is located on either side of the trainer rather than the front or back. This design allows for a more compact design, ideal for in-home use in smaller spaces.
It is also known as Compact Elliptical as the best center drive elliptical exercise machine occupies very little space and can fit in tight spaces. You may also want to call it a Portable Elliptical or center drive cross trainer machine as it is highly portable and can be carried or shifted from one place to the other in a matter of minutes due to the presence of wheels underneath the elliptical bike.
The best Center Drive Elliptical Machines is the most expensive cross trainer machine but is also known to be very quiet, smooth, and easy on the low back and joints.
